Staple Food & Conditioning Mix

It saddens me very much that after 3 years of relentless efforts by a group of us to promote good rabbit diet through the internet, "business" seemed to ruin it for us.

Here I was walking down the aisle of the major Pet Store in Klang Valley and suddenly, my browsing pleasure was interrupted by the sales assistant who was sitting on the floor tagging prices on some rabbit food. She said, "Try this brand, it is what I use and my rabbits love it". On closer inspection, I can only make out one word - JUNK!

This brand of rabbit food seemed to be a big hit among the local rabbit owners. And the best part is, the pellets come in 2 colors - green and orange. The green suppose to denote certain vegetable and the orange as you can guess, denotes carrots. Time and time again, we are sending very clear message to the general public that CARROTS are NOT suppose to be the staple diet of rabbits. And to top it all off, when I turn the package to the back to scrutinize the ingredients further, CORN was listed as one of the major part of the rabbit food. Corn is a major NO in a rabbit's diet because it is extremely fattening. And usually, when ingredients like these are listed as the first few ingredients, their portions are normally above desired amount. What we need to lookout for are ingredients such as Alfalfa Meal or Timothy Hay/Meal.

Sometimes I really do not blame ignorant customers for buying these junk foodstuff for their pets. They are after all, in the mercy of what the sales assistants promote to them. And what sales assistants do best? SELL!

I told the sales assistant off, "This is junk food, good luck with your rabbits". Well, in my heart, I wouldn't expect more from this pet store and its chains because people at the top are ignorant too. Things will never change as long as the money rolls in continuously. Although many pet store names suggest that they care a whole lots about your pets, more often then not, they DO NOT and all they care about is money off your pockets!

As I walk further down the aisle, I was again shocked by another product that they were carrying. It was filled with seeds of all kinds and dried fruits. They are selling these as staple food. It is so disheartening to know that they can't even separate staple food from conditioning mix.

Let me tell you what conditioning mix is. Whenever you do not see green pellets and alfalfa/timothy hay as one of the ingredients, more often than not, the product is a form of conditioning mix. Most obvious when they are made up of different seeds like sunflower seeds, black oil sunflower seeds, oats, wheat, dried banana, dried papaya and etc.

So when you see a packet of mixed seeds with little or no pellets, be positive that this is not staple food for your bunny. Besides, the real staple food for a bunny is hay. Pellets are just fillers to keep their stomach filled.

Why do we need conditioning mix? Rabbit pellets are suppose to consist all the nutrients a rabbit needs to thrive. By right, a rabbit do not need anything extra besides the pellets. True - but if you can be absolutely sure that the pellets are fresh as in they are longer than 3 months out of the mills. As time goes by, pellets like any other food stuff loses its nutritional values. Conditioning mix are usually used to make up for all nutrients that has been lost or to give some extra shine to the rabbit's coat.

There are many types of conditioning mix used by breeders especially show breeders and they even make their own. The question is, do we need them? I believe in moderation. I have friends who feed their rabbits raisins and some other treats once in a while. Of course it is permitted and conditioning mix can be used similarly as treats.

Now I hope you know what staple food is and what conditioning mix is all about.

Confusing Black & White World

We brought Skor to visit one of our dear friends and his children - Tridus, Tinga and Truffles. Truffles and Bugsy are boarding over with D & TJ. That's the amazing thing about having bunny friends. Traveling couldn't be much easier without friends to look after our furkids.

Truffles and Bugsy's owners are out of town celebrating Eid with their families. I was suppose to take them in for boarding but had some last minute changes and they ended up with D and TJ. Since we can't have them over for boarding, we decided to drop by their house for a little gathering.

I was looking forward to putting Skor with his two sons together for a little family portrait.

Can you recognize them? Tridus, Truffles & Skor in that order!

My Current Heart Bunny

What's up with the Canon?
What's up with the Canon?

Seven little rabbits share my little heart at the moment. I have my favorite moments with each and everyone of them. It is almost like a certain entertainment channel that features certain artiste at certain time. Instead of having the "artiste of the month", I have "Bunny of the Month" at Meadow Haven.

My current favorite is Miller's Clark. In between other chores in the rabbitry, I took him out for grooming today and I really like this little guy just like all the rest of my rabbits - LOL! And since Thunder is now bald, this guy has got no competition. He is a real cutie!

Just look at these pictures and tell me what do you think.

Holland Lop Families I Love

I feel the need to mention 2 families that raises Holland Lops and I hold extremely close to my heart. Being a family oriented person, I feel proud and honored to know these 2 families. They are some of the nicest Holland Lop breeders that has inspired me in both raising rabbits and also as role models in raising children.

The first family that I would love to mention is the Usakowski family. I first knew about them when I stumbled upon their wonderful website and blog at http://threelittleladiesrabbitry.com/. Their blog is phenomenal and mine is nothing compared to theirs. And as you can see, the rabbitry is named after the 3 daughters in this family. The three girls are award winners in the 4-H program for showmanship. Their rabbits has been doing very well on the show table as well. If you remember, I did wrote about their youngest daughter Taylor and how she should be a role model for all children in the hobby of raising rabbits. I am extremely honored to have known this wonderful family. They are always there giving me great advice and encouragements. I want to take this opportunity to thank the 4 wonderful ladies and 1 very kind man of Three Little Ladies Rabbitry, collectively known as the Usakowski family.

The 2nd family that I am extreme honored to know is the Maki family from California. Like the Usakowski family, they also raise Holland Lops and a few other breeds namely Jersey Woolies. There are 4 handsome young boys in the Maki family. I am very inspired by how the boys has been raised to take good care of their rabbits and they get their rabbits placed on the show table all the time. Believe it or not, one of their rabbits won BIS in Thailand recently. The children in the Maki family operates the DTL Rabbitry and their website can be found at http://blueoakrabbitry.tripod.com/. They are one of those breeders that have colored Holland Lops to die for! It would be a dream come true for me to even hold one of their colored Holland Lops.

There are so many things in common between these 2 families but one major issue that I find very appalling and disappointed is the need for the parents to shield their children from very nasty people (adults!). There is a saying that goes "Live and Let Live". What the saying means to me personally is that it simply tells us to give someone else a lifeline and in return we are given ours as well. How many times do we find ourselves caught up in the "CULTURE OF DEATH"? We want so much for others to die and be unsuccessful, and in doing so, we tend to cut off someone's lifeline. I can understand how nasty things can happen between adults but some adults don't even give children the chance to shine. How selfish is that? There is only 1 reason to act nasty in the midst of competitiveness. It is for recognition that could lead to someone being able to earn tons of money riding on the recognition. I totally don't believe in that bull crap although I just wrote it. But do not be surprise why people "slit throats" at rabbit shows for that reason. It does get to that level believe it or not (although this is not Ripley's).

Life is so much bigger than all the trophies one can collect. I have reasons to believe that nasty people are highly insecure people. They have a facade. Their facade is in their rabbits. They hide behind the rabbits and trophies obtained through their rabbits. And that seemed to mean the world to them. What is the rational in that I wonder as I just can't find the relevance sometimes. A facade will never ever reflect the true person we are.

There is so much to life than all these petty issues and didn't God say, "Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea."

I know we tend to suppress our conscience to get away with things or even to achieve our selfish desires by cutting edges. If that is what we need to do, the least we could do is to leave the children out of it. If you are an adult without the presence of a conscience and as I feel sorry for you, I urge you to go pick on someone your own age if you are that childish and such a sore loser amidst the competition. I pray that God will have mercy on your sold out soul.

Let's quit targeting gracious parents that spend most of their time/hard work nurturing their children the best they can by conveniently passing remarks such asthem using their children to gain glory off a few trophies and titles. Glory is only made for God mind you!

And as for all families raising the Holland Lops, keep up the great job!

P.S.: I would also like to dedicate this post to Sydney Butler and her beautiful daughter Harley Butler, the owners of the Butler Bootcamp Rabbitry. They are a mother and daughter super tag team that has got superb Holland Lops!

The Terror Shaver!

I used to help my wife groom our 2 dogs and we did buy the tools need for grooming. Till today, we still have the shaver and I thought of making good use of it. I have been putting this on hold for quite a long time. So today, I spent almost 2 hours grooming just one bunny. How did I decide who to give a shave? Well...

Thunder is having a major molt and I thought of helping him out. So I wrapped myself up and started cutting away!

On the other hand, it has proven that temperature does affect fertility in buck and by shaving him clean, I hope to experiment if it helps with fertility. I guess with a few ounces lighter, Thunder would be able to "perform" better with the does. LOL!

Let's allow the photos to do all the talking. I was going for the lamb cut but somehow it didn't turn out like how I expected.

Grooming a rabbit is harder than I thought. And the amount of fur was a much as that of 4 little dogs. Will I do it again? Absolutely! It was fun and it should be nice if I could even things out!

I Love My Bunny Friends

I have never ever imagined how this hobby can bring so many people close together when I first started off having Holland Lops. I am really talking about friends that you will probably not meet in real life but always there to lend a helping hand.

I am very please, proud and extremely happy to chat with at least two or three bunny friends a day over the internet. That means either I am being a "night owl" or my friend is staying up late for a particular reason. 90% of my bunny friends are from the US and boy am I proud to say the finest in the hobby too. Somehow I just get so attracted to all of them and the number of Holland Lop breeder friends kept on growing and growing. It is a true honor to know each and everyone of them. All of them are winners in their own rights.

Whenever I am down, they will always give me a little nudge to get my spirit up. I guess we're like a big herd of rabbits looking out for each other. We share joy and sorrow together.

I really hope that MROC will be a platform for all bunny owners to stay closely knitted together. It feels really good to be hanging out with people of the same passion. I so wish that I could be there in person to give a hug to all my bunny friends in US. I love all of them very much and it will not be enough room to fill all of their names on a single post. I will introduce them one by one on separate posts in future.

My heartfelt condolences goes out to 2 young ladies and their families especially. My prayers and thoughts are with Heather & the Washburn family and also Lauren Nicholas & her family. Both have lost someone very dear to them in the past weeks. God bless all of you.

I thank God for each and everyone of my bunny friends all around the world. They are so very generous to me in words and deeds that I do not think I will ever have the time in this world to repay their kindness.

It is never about getting on the show table and feeling good beating someone else, it is like what Keat told me in his comments on one of my posts - "it is the JOURNEY that we should enjoy". The dynamics of a rabbit herd will always be positive with nice people in it. And I know how competitive it gets on the show tables but I do hope we be ever closer being of good sportsmanship.

Postpartum Psychosis (Bunny Owner)

Some women have depression after giving birth. They have a sudden onset of inadequacy and feeling of hopelessness. This do not happen to rabbits fortunately but it just happened to me. That was the reason for the previous post.

I guess it suddenly dawned on me that I must be the unluckiest Holland Lop breeder in the entire planet. They are breeding in Japan, they are breeding in Thailand and loads are produced in US. Why am I not getting any viable kits that thrive?

2009 is definitely not a good year for me in terms of breeding. I only had 2 litters so far - one by Holly Hope producing Truffles and another litter by Noobie producing Seychel, Milkyway & Camior. I just can't believe my misfortune.

Many friends came forward and I really appreciate them for being so concern. Thank you very much, you know who you are especially those that posted comments on my last post.

It is really hard being the pioneer of raising Holland Lops in Malaysia. It is definitely a game of numbers and numbers are just what I do not have enough.

Would like to wish all friends who are traveling this festive season a safe journey!

Fed Up & Burnt Out

This is something Holland Lop breeders go through occassionally. It is a type of depression most Holland Lop breeders go through once in a while. I just can't believe it but basically this is what Holland Lops can do to a perfectly sane person over time.

I woke up this morning wanting to get rid of all my rabbits. I figured that I could make better use of the space where they are kept and it saves me tons of trouble, heartaches and everything in between.

Right now, my exact thoughts are that I am quite far from where I have started off but the future is too far ahead. I just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I believe if I quit now, at least I could have some damage control in place instead of continuing the journey that eats me up slowly but surely.

This may just be a phase but I am not too sure about it. Afterall, this is my blog and I share whatever that goes through my head at this very moment. Anyone interested in rabbits, email me and offer me your best price. Let's see how much my rabbits are worth to you.

Oh no, I could imagine the number of hits to this blog will skyrocket right about now....

Holly Hope Day 31: Disaster Strikes

In life we win some and we lose some. But in Holland Lops, we lose most of the time.

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers but I am extremely sad to inform that it is just not happening. I wouldn't want to dwell into details so please do not ask. All I can say is that, I woke up finding a DOA in the nest box and Holly Hope was still in labor.

Will rush her to the vets in a while.

UPDATE:

I did not bring Holly Hope to the vets because there is nothing much the vets could do. They have only have 2 choices in my opinion - cut her up and get the kits out which is highly risky or administer oxytocin and risk rupturing her uterus.

I am extremely relieved that Holly Hope expelled 2 DOA kits when I came home this evening. It is a real pity that the kits did not survive because they are beautiful well formed kits.

Binky free beautiful babies
Binky free beautiful babies

The reasons why I am extremely grateful & happy:

1) Holly Hope is alive!

2) Holly Hope is alive!

3) Holly Hope is alive!

4) Holly Hope was able to conceive after 8 months which by all standard could be a miracle to some professional breeders

5) She had 3 kits, 2 were normal size and 1 could be a peanut or runt

6) The kits may be broken blue (BLUE?!)

With that said, here were some extreme cases that could have happened:

1) Hemorrhage

I have heard of does dying from childbirth complications that caused hemorrhaging. I was glad that this did not happen to Holly Hope because if it did, I'll have blood all over the place and what a mess it would be.

2) Retained kits

There is a possibility where Holly Hope could have dead kits in her. She may die of toxic poisoning from the rotting kits in her. If the kits do not rot, they will be mummified and she will not be able to conceived anymore.

3) Stuck kits (mid way)

The first thing I check when I saw her straining in her nest box was to see if there is any kits mid way her vent. As I was in a rush this morning I was glad that I did not find anything stuck half way. If not I'll be in great trouble. It will need at least 2 people to help pull the kit out.

As I am typing this update, guess what Holly Hope is doing?

Holly Hope x Clark: Gestation Day 30

I was looking forward to see a fur filled nest box when I rush back from home this evening. Instead I was greeted by a very pregnant little bunny that showed me nothing but a "as a matter of fact" look. In my heart I was saying, "Holly Hope, no action yet?".

This evening she seemed to be more restless. I just hope that when I open my eyes tomorrow morning, I'll see some healthy kits before I go to work. Here are some photo of a very pregnant little bunny:

In order for the waiting to be shorter, I am going off to bed now. I hope tomorrow morning come quickly just like how I would like the kits to be delivered - smoothly and without complications.

And by the way, I spotted Thunder over at BinkyBunny.com.

Holly Hope x Clark: Gestation Day 29

The rest of the does are feeling the baby vibes. Muffet pulled some fur and Haley was hanging out in the box I provided for her.

Holly Hope is acting quite restless and her vent area easily get soaked with pee because it is getting really heavy at that end. I hope she kindles soon.

Is this a sign that it is near for Holly Hope?

I am really happy that I am able to make such observation of the herd. Thanks to the low number as I can be very familiar with their behavior. I am proud to say that I can easily detect the changes in their behavior. It is indeed very interesting.

I'm off to bed and hope that I'll see some kits in the nest box tomorrow morning. Please keep the prayers flowing in. Thank you all!

Noobie's New Mansion

I noticed that most rabbit people are nocturnal. We like to be owls at night. I just received an email with attached photos and it is 2.13 a.m. Noobie is now staying with her life long partner Mickey in a huge NIC cage built by J&J. As usual, I'll let the photos do all the talking. I really wish to be Noobie sometimes and the photos will tell you why...

Holly Hope x Clark: Gestation Day 28

The countdown has began. She's 28th day and heavily pregnant. I am keeping my all my fingers and toes crossed. It is indeed anytime now that she'll pop. Finally we are going to have some kits. I am not keeping hopes too high as this is only 1/3 of the journey. The deliver can be quite stressful for both mother and kits. So far I can feel movements in her womb.

The bulge is extremely obvious real life
The bulge is extremely obvious real life

Another sign telling me that she's heavily pregnant is that, her vent area tends to be lower and usually it is stained by a little bit of urine because that area is beginning to be heavy.

Come on everyone and everybun, time for some prayer power!

Top Notch Hay!

The peeps at Chubby Pets Garden always ensure the quality of hay. It's been a long while since I have smelt such fragrance emitted from Timothy Hay. Well, I am sure the resemblance of name does have a minor effect on me liking them!

I have reasons to believe that I am slowly turning into a bunny. Two packets of Timothy Hay can really make my day. I'll let the photos do the talking!

Big Pet Store Chains Are Big Time Losers!

Lack of knowledge, bureaucracy, inefficiency, ignorance, lack common sense and not proactive is some of the words I can describe a certain "major" pet store chain in Klang Valley. I am through patronizing them because each time I call in to check if they have stocks, basically they have nothing for me. And what frustrates me are the stupid excuses that made me felt as if I am a dumb fool!

Here are some examples of statements that greets me all the time:

1) "I am sorry Sir, this item is on promotion so the stock moves fast"

For crying out loud, if you know that fact, start stocking UP!

2) "I am sorry Sir, this item does not have demand, so we do not stock up"

I am demanding now am I not!?

3) "We actually ordered, but the supplier did not deliver"

It is always the freaking BLAME game!

3) "How many packets should we put at our shop, Sir?"

The damn POS system is for SHOW? Use it to generate a SALES report and see a projection of the trend for crying out loud. I am sure there is something call a sales forecast. You do not need me to teach you how to run a BIZ and don't freaking lie to me about your POS can't do stunts like that!

Basically, being big will backfire badly and cause them a major downfall.

In the end, no one can blame me for being bias to this 2 favorite pet shops of mine which I get good services. Whenever I am unable to pick up the stuff I need, I can just pre order them through their internet portal. I would like to give this 2 pet shops a MAJOR honorary mention:

It is a major shame for the major pet store chain to lose out to these 2 small pet stores with a MAJOR attitude! I can easily get all my bunny supplies through them without hassle and my heart is well taken care of. I have less blood pressure issues dealing with them!

Keep on rocking the pets world!

Prayers for Holly Hope

"Spring" maybe coming to Meadow Haven once again. Yes, Holly Hope is pregnant with Clark's babies. I intended to keep this as a little secret until she delivers but something really bad happened to her today and I urge everyone to pray for this little girl of mine.

A normal Holly Hope
A normal Holly Hope
A very pregnant Holly Hope
A very pregnant Holly Hope

I must admit that I was very careless. Nothing will make me feel better than to express myself as always. Again, No Holds Barred manner. I was changing her water and I forgotten to latch the cage door. She was happily jumping up and down her nest box and out of a sudden, she lost her footing and took a 4 feet plunge unto the floor. She struggled a little to get back up her feet. Soon after she was running around like the usual.

So please please please, I beg of all of you, to pray for Holly Hope and her kits. I just can't forgive myself at the moment. It is really hard for me to accept.

It's been a really long while since I had kits in the nest box. I just gave her the nest box today and she started building a nest immediately. As she was busy building her little nest, I showed my baby girl and explained to her that we'll be having baby bunnies soon. She was really excited.

I estimated a triplet
I estimated a triplet

I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed for a good delivery and healthy kits in the nest box come next week.

Thank you all for your prayers. God bless!

Phases Of Lives

I recently asked a very dear friend that have been raising rabbits for more than 10 years now what actually kept her in the hobby for so long. Her answer was a simple, "I just love it". I guess it is really hard to explain the reason why someone pick up a hobby and get stuck with it forever.

I then took a step backward and did some thinking. I have had many pets throughout my life thus far. I couldn't remember any particular point of my life that I did not have any pets around me. But then I wonder what is the "pattern" like for most of us.

There are a few phases of life that I recall through my observation. It is sort of like a vicious cycle that is difficult to break.

Most people start of having pets as children. As a child, some parents are gracious enough to think that having a pet will teach their beloved son or daughter the character of love. Or so they thought. Most of the children that get their first pet out of this basically run out of patience and give up their pets for good. Parents always end up taking over and soon, give up too! Poor animals off to the shelters.

Alright, let's say mommy and daddy's plan worked out superb and the kid get stuck with the pet. The child soon outgrow the pet and then came the juncture where everyone will never miss in pet raising - death of a pet. And right after, little kiddo misses little bunny and so off to the pet shop again to have another pick.

Then puberty hits and high school proms seemed much more interesting then little fur ball. So less time spent with little fluffy. Off so off to college little kiddo went and with that comes graduation, dating, full time job and marriage. All these with the absence of a pet.

The kids soon started popping...

Wait a minute! What happen to little bunny or little fluffy before all the dramas begin? Well, mommy and daddy took over and got hooked on to the hobby since now that they are retired and with loads of money to raise lotsa rabbits.

Alright, back to little kiddo. So the kids came and like his/her parent wanted so much to nurture his/her children the character of love, they got a pet, ONCE AGAIN...

Isn't that all so familiar?

I sometimes think that having a hobby reflects how we are in our faith. A friend of mine did tell me once that those who are active in church activities are those below college going age and above retirement age. How interesting I thought. What happens to our faith in between that phase of our lives? What happens to our little furry friend in between that phase of our lives?

Are they not important to us anymore?

I hope and pray that all of you have a bunny when you are in kindergarten, have a bunny in elementary school, have a bunny in high school, have a bunny in college, have a bunny in the university, have a bunny while you're dating, have a bunny when you propose or being proposed to, have a bunny when you hold your first baby, have a bunny when you hold your 2nd baby, have a bunny when you hold your 3rd baby, and I think enough of babies for now, have a bunny when your first baby say his/her first word, have a bunny when he/she take the first step, and please forget about all mother goose taboos of having pets are not healthy for baby in the womb, have a bunny when you hold your 4th baby (looks who is breeding like bunnies!), have a bunny when you get a job (isn't that suppose to be before the babies?), have a bunny when you move into your house (where the heck are you living with the kids and bunny before that!?), have a bunny when you walk your daughter down the aisle, have a bunny when your youngest leave home, have a bunny when you retire, have a bunny when you start losing your hair, have a bunny when you and your spouse grow old and grey and perhaps have a bunny with you in the grave.

Not too sure how many bunnies you'll have in a lifetime, I am glad I still do have my bunnies right next to me! Please don't forget that particular Marley in our lives.

Don't forget to MROC coz you need a few bunny friends too!

I laugh at WANNABES!

When I was in high school, I love listening to POETIC AMMO - a local hip hop group. I especially enjoy songs that was about copycats and wannabes. Although this group has since defunct, I still listen to one of their individual efforts. Maybe in certain songs, wannabes or copycats are still rapped about. We can't help it, basically this world is filled with scums that will copy whatever you do. Some countries are especially famous for being counterfeits. It takes an entire nation to collectively act that way. It is just sad how some people do not have brains of their own to think. I am alright with people being copycats but for crying out loud, please be discreet about it! When I see people posting in a manner that seemed to copy someone else' blog, the hair on the back of my neck stands up like the ASTRO antenna!

I came across some that shouts from the top of their BLOGs the following:

1) We keep our numbers low to ensure QUALITY (very textbook - PARROTING)

2) We have purebreds (another PARROT phrase)

3) Let's improve the quality of rabbits in Malaysia (yet another PARROT phrase)

4) We imported rabbit from ... (all can import but it depends more on who's sending)

5) We're not doing it all for the MONAY (it is written all over your face!)

But unknowingly, what's written on their blogs slaps back harder on their faces as it clearly shows the following:

1) Continue breeding mixed breeds (labeled as pets - CHEATING which is also Forbidden/HARAM)

2) Copying every single thing others do (like PARROTS)

3) Imported inferior stocks (God have mercy!)

4) Tagging pet quality as show quality (another Forbidden/HARAM action)

5) Totally ignorant about the inaccurate facts that they write and proclaim (maybe due to PARROTING too much)

6) Tagging rabbits bred by other with their rabbitry name (don't they know the basic rules?)

That is just so sad because the local rabbit quality will go no where with all these hypocrites and self proclaimed expert PARROTS! They just mimic every single thing that you do and go on pretending they are bunny GODs! CRAP! BAH!

They are just nothing but some BACKYARD BREEDERS trying to con and rip someone as ignorant as them (or worst) off! Maybe they don't know what backyard breeders are. Well, allow me to digress. Backyard breeders are individuals that breeds inferior stocks at the front porches or the backyards of their houses. Most of the time their breeding operates at the back of their dodgy backyards, thus the term backyard breeders. They do not invest in superior stocks, they do not feed their animals superior food, and their customers are normally not superior either. That is the market that they target. These breeders will never give a second thought where their pets will end up and most of the time, their inferior stocks reaches the hands of those just like them or worst. I have seen too much of such breeders and had enough.

The best part is, another breeder have passed them their "not so good" stocks to start off their little ventures. They are slowly turning totally into what they professed and proclaimed not to be. Losing my respect for them altogether. I guess at the end of the day, money talks and the mouth walks.....

I don't know the source but the quote for today is "Everyone is born an original, but most die COPIES"...

Don't you just love that?
